Villa Podernovo is a charming Tuscany villa with pool which can accommodate up to 18 people, a villa for holidays near Siena and a villa for weddings in Tuscany.

Monticiano is a small medieval village about 400 metres above sea level and within a nature reserve comprising large woods and forests. For it still offers clean air, nature and tranquillity.

Our Tuscany villa with pool is tucked from the main village - Monticiano - yet it is not isolated. All the necessary amenities are handy in the village just a few minues' walk away. These include: a supermarket, a restaurant, a bar, a wine bar, a newsagent/tobacconist’s, the Post Office, a Pharmacy and medical services.

The villa is attractively surrounded by extensive green lawns as well as private woodland with oak and chestnut trees, where you can take walks. The south-facing pool a large pergola, deckchairs and hammocks and is the perfect place to relax on balmy summer days.

There is extensive private parking, too.

Wi-Fi is only available in the daytime building. By choice, our villa with pool near Siena does not have TV in order to make your stay as 'natural' as possible.
If you wish to watch television, you can do so via Wi-Fi in the daytime building or go to one of the two bars in the village.

Inside, our villa for holidays near Siena retain the original Tuscan terracotta floors, the chestnut beamed ceilings and all interiors are decorated in soothing colours. Furniture is rustic yet tasteful and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is that of a real country house.
